Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process - Chennai

Location:

CTC: 4.3 LPA

NP: 0-15 Days

Job Summary:

Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers (US/UK market).
Address customer inquiries and resolve product/service-related issues efficiently.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
Meet performance goals, such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.

Requirements:

Minimum
1 year
of experience in
International Voice Process
(BPO/Call Center).
Excellent communication skills in
English (verbal and written)
.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed (minimum 30 WPM preferred).
Comfortable working in
night shifts
(US/UK time zone).
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Undergraduate candidates are also welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM tools or call centre software.
Customer-first attitude and problem-solving skills.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
