Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers

Job Requirements:

1 to 4 years of experience in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service

Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)

Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US hours

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills
