We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive with a background in International Voice and Non-Voice processes. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, along with excellent English communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chats in a professional and timely manner.
• Deliver top-tier customer support for international clients across various time zones.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Meet performance metrics including CSAT, response time, and quality scores.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in International Voice Process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and week-offs.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid and remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
