Job Title: Customer Service Executive (For IT & Telecom Sector) Exp: 0-2 Years Salary: 15k (Take Home) Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata Job Responsibilities Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions in Hindi and English. Maintain professional communication with clients via calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Prepare and present customer-related reports as required. Support team operations with shift-based duties, including alternate night shifts (work from home option available for night duty). Job Specifications Any graduate with 02 years of experience in customer service or related fields. Fluency in Hindi & English with good communication and presentation skills. Willingness to work 6 days a week with rotational shifts (including night duty).
