Job Description

We are looking for a polite, professional, and motivated Customer Support Executive to contact our customers and collect feedback regarding our software support services. The ideal candidate will help us understand customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers who have received support from the software support team.
  • Explain the purpose of the call and politely request their feedback.
  • Collect feedback on aspects such as responsiveness, issue resolution, communication, and overall satisfaction.
  • Record responses accurately in the company CRM or feedback system.
  • Provide regular reports to the management team on feedback trends and concerns.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Follow up on any specific customer concerns if instructed.
  • Collaborate with support and quality teams to relay actionable insights.

salary : 8,000 - 12,000
