Caterpillar Cargo Solution Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive – Import to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.

This role is ideal for professionals with 2–4 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or project cargo operations. 

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in similar industries and those currently based in Ahmedabad.

*Qualifications*

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in providing Online Support and Technical Support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry is a plus
