As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via inbound calls, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy. Listen attentively to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and general company information. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department if needed. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Requirements: Graduates from any discipline. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred but not required.
