Responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. They are the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and play a crucial role in building and maintaining a positive relationship between the company and its customers.

Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Must be confident, Self-motivated with go- getter attitude.
