Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle high volumes of inbound or outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders, or technical issues. Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions within set time limits. Follow call center scripts and guidelines when handling different customer topics. Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team leader. Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and service changes. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
