Position Customer Experience Executive
Languages: English/Hindi, Kannada, MalayalamResponsibilityAddress customer queries, provide information, and offer solutions to resolve problems or complaintsUnderstanding attentively to customer queries, empathize with their concerns, and take appropriate steps to resolve the issues effectively.
