Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and resources. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests within the designated timelines. Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal systems accordingly. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Finance, etc.) to resolve complex cases. 13Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
