*Job Description:*
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to handle inbound calls in Tamil for our client. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, resolve customer queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound customer calls in Tamil.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
*Requirements:*
- Qualification: 10th, 12th, or any degree.
- Language: Fluent in Tamil.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Salary and Benefits:*
- Salary: 11,500 per month.
- Additional Allowance: Incentives and overtime (OT) available.
*Shift Timings:*
- Shift 1: 1pm to 10pm
- Shift 2: 2pm to 11pm
- Shift 3: 3pm to 12pm
