Customer Support Executive for Hotel Management Software

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the customer service process to ensure smooth operations. This includes addressing and resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively, responding to client inquiries through email, social media, and phone calls, and building trust to maintain sustainable customer relationships through clear and interactive communication. Additionally, you will need to identify and assess customer needs to deliver top-notch satisfaction, provide product and service knowledge to assist customers, offer accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.
