Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive fluent in Filipino/Tagalog to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our Filipino-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. You will be the first point of contact for resolving product or service-related queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer queries in Filipino/Tagalog and English via calls, emails, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to customer problems and inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience with every customer interaction.
  • Record and document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features or services.
  • Continuously seek to improve the customer support experience.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Filipino/Tagalog and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Educational Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
