Customer Support Executive (Email Support)

The role requires you to respond to customer inquiries and issues through email support in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers. In cases of complex issues, you will escalate them to the appropriate team members for resolution. It is important to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions while providing product information and assistance to customers. Collaboration with other team members to enhance customer support processes is also expected from you. Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals and metrics, as well as achieving the defined SLAs, are key aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer support or technical support is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services will be advantageous. Please note that you must be prepared to work permanent night shifts, rotation shifts, and on holidays. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
