Responsibilities: • Providing assistance to clients on call • Answering the process related questions • Taking care of chat and communication platforms of the organization • Helping the operations team in conveying requirements to the clients Qualifications/Skills: • Experience of minimum 1 year is required in similar profile • Graduate or above degree required • Good command on computer • Excellent in English communication (spoken and written) • Good email writing skills • Strong organizational and time management skills. • High level of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations and documentation As we are on a mission to make Documitra the best Visa and documentation consultancy firm, we are looking for some enthusiastic young minds to join our newly setup office in Jaipur, Rajasthan and help us in achieving this common goal together!
