What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients after the sale is closed. Your role is all about making sure they feel heard, supported, and valued.

Here’s what your day might look like:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to resolve queries
• Guide clients through onboarding and assist with basic technical or service-related concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams like SEO, Design, and Development
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Ensure a smooth and positive post-sales experience
• Help clients understand and appreciate the services they’ve opted for

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

• Are a fresher with a technical or IT background
• Or have up to 1 year of experience in post-sales, support, or coordination
• Have a basic understanding of websites, SEO, hosting, or digital tools
• Communicate clearly and confidently in both Hindi and English
• Enjoy solving problems and helping people
• Are organized, eager to learn, and comfortable juggling tasks
