Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle international clients during night shifts. The ideal candidate will manage customer queries through calls, emails, and chat while ensuring prompt and professional resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
  • Prior experience in international voice/chat support preferred.
  • Ability to work in night shifts and handle clients professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
