Process- (Chat & Voice)

Profile: Customer Success Associate

Work Mode: Work From Office

Process: Chat Process & Voice Process

Skillset: Good communication skills in English (verbal and written), Troubleshooting and technical experience required, Excellent verbal fluency for Voice Process

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate – both eligible

Experience: Minimum 6 months of International Process and Tech Support (Troubleshooting) experience is mandatory

Interview Rounds: HR Round → Operations Round → Versant

Salary: ₹25,000 CTC to ₹31,000 CTC

Working Days: 5 Days Working (Rotational Shifts with Rotational Weekly Offs)

Hiring Zone: Within 20 KM from Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
