- Receive and Process sales orders from Clients Accurately and Timely- Verify pricing, product availability & delivery information- Coordinate with various departments to ensure on-time order fulfilment- Provide Administrative Support to the Director | Scheduling meetings, Preparing Presentations & managing calendars | Tracking Inventory- Assist customers with inquiries, requests & issues - Promptly and Professionally- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction & repeat business- Basic MIS Reports/files in Ms-Excel/MS-Word | Track Purchase & Sales using MS Excel- Co-coordinating with Sales Executives to get reports regularlyAbout Organization
