- Maintain accurate and complete medical records for every patient- Ensure confidentiality and data security of patient information- Support clinical decision-making, hospital audits, and research- Meet legal and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI)- Provide statistical reports for hospital management and health authorities
