Job Description
- Proper Checking and Posting of accounting voucher (as Purchase, Sales, Bank and Cash transactions etc)- Preparing Vendor payment aging list or outstanding receivables list- Tracking Accounts Receivable & Payables | Periodic reconciliation of Debtor and Creditors
- Preparing Monthly P & L and comparison reports | BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement)- Ensure that all transactions recorded correctly in Tally & other Software on timely basis
- Ensure timely book keeping and reconciliation of Inter Company transactions
- Basic knowledge of statutory dues TDS, GST returns, GST Refunds
- Providing Data / Information / Audit Schedules for Internal and External Audit and ensure timely completion of the same- Assist in meeting timeline of monthly / quarterly / yearly closing- Monthly Balance report with Ageing Analysis- Reconciliation between invoicing system and financial systemAbout Organization
