Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive
Experience: 1-5 Years.
Qualification: Any Degree.
Location: Neelankarai, Chennai.
Shift: Day Shift.

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle customer support emails, chats, and calls for Pan India.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, escalations, and delivery-related issues.
  • Manage order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
  • Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Call abandoned customers, convince them, and drive sales (sales targets will be assigned).
  • Work closely with the sales team and make outbound calls when required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in customer support.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Preferred Multilingual (Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu)
  • Ability to handle complaints, escalations, and customer retention calls.
