Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and people-friendly Customer Support Executive to support our tenant acquisition process. The role involves interacting with prospective tenants, explaining property details, and guiding them through the onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from prospective tenants via calls, messages, and walk-ins.
• Share accurate property details and help schedule property visits.
• Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into tenants.
• Maintain lead records and status updates in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support/sales/operations (real estate exposure is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 CTC per month (based on experience).
