Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to verify customer details.
  • Make calls to notify the customers regarding Insurance renewal & follow-up.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending documents or requirements.
  • Provide payment reminders and assist with clarifications.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in Tamil.
  • Prior experience in telecalling/customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
