Job Type: Full-time | Work From Office

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate

Must know Hindi & English (Both)

Versant Level 4 required

Minimum 6 months experience required

Salary:

Undergraduate – ₹15,000

Graduate – ₹16,000

Shift Timing:

Rotational Shifts (6 AM – 12 AM)

9 hour shift including 1hr brk

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries & issues via voice process
  • Deliver excellent customer service & resolve concerns effectively
  • Communicate professionally in both English & Hindi
  • Record customer interactions & escalate when required
  • Manage customer conversations in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Good customer handling & problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge & typing skills
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
