Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Experience: 2 Years (BPO experience preferred)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Customer Support Executive with a background in BPO operations. The candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi, capable of handling calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a smooth support experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO/customer support.
  • Strong fluency in English & Hindi (Tamil is an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication .
