Job Description

Customer Support Executive
Company: Make My House
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Responsibilities:

  • Attend customer queries through calls, emails, and chats regarding architectural and interior services.
  • Guide customers with project details, processes, and service offerings.
  • Resolve issues, escalate when required, and ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain records in CRM and support sales/operations teams.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience at every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (freshers can apply).
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Customer-focused with patience and problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer & CRM knowledge (training will be provided).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

  • Chhawni, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
