Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Provide accurate product and service information to customers. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience. Meet individual and team performance goals and service quality standards.
