Job Title: Customer support Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Company: Portea Medical Job Description: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels. Assist customers with service-related questions, technical support, and troubleshooting. Provide accurate, timely, and complete information to customers by utilizing the knowledge base and other resources. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and ensure continued satisfaction. Stay updated on service knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills and stay informed about new products and services.
