About the Role

Magnum Group is hiring Customer Support Executives for Chat and Voice support. The candidate will manage customer queries through calls and chat, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls (voice process) and chat queries professionally.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
• Resolve queries or escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Maintain customer interaction records and update CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly quality and productivity targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred).
• Comfortable with both Chat and Voice processes.
• Basic computer knowledge (typing, email handling, MS Office).
• Problem-solving ability and patience while handling customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply.
