Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media. Your responsibilities will include handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving product or service problems, maintaining customer records, and following communication procedures. Additionally, you will escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and identify customers" needs to enhance satisfaction and service processes. To excel in this role, fluency in English is preferred along with the ability to remain composed under pressure and professionally handle challenging customers.
