Customer Support Executive (CSE)

As a Booking and Operations Manager, your main role will involve managing end-to-end bookings, services, and operations. You will be responsible for generating supply by onboarding and training new partners, as well as ensuring a constant supply of partners for the assigned area. Handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner is a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will also need to call potential partners to explain the business product and service offerings and coordinate with clients, vendors, and the supply team. Collaboration with other departments to enhance the company's product and processes will be essential. Defining and analyzing metrics and KPIs to efficiently track progress will be a key aspect of your role.
