Customer Support Executive (CSE)

As an International Customer Support Executive + Upselling, your role involves receiving online leads from interested customers and reaching out to them via calls. You will be responsible for explaining product details, offers, and benefits to customers in a courteous and professional manner. Your key responsibilities include: - Making inbound and outbound calls and chats with customers to promote and sell products or services. - Creating, maintaining, and updating a database of customers with complete information. - Monitoring competitors" products or services to develop effective selling strategies. - Handling customer needs and inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution. - Generating leads and converting them into sales. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Any graduate or undergraduate with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience. - Experience in handling outbound calls or product sales. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. - Self-motivated, positive attitude, and good convincing power.
