Job Description

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Support Executive to assist users of Tally software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and Tally functionalities, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibility:

  • effective support to customers using Tally software.
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and updates of Tally
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the technical team and follow up on resolutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Tally features and industry best practices.

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce
  • Computer Knowledge must needed
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support or accounting software. (Freshers are also welcome), Training will be provided by the company.
  • Proficiency in Tally Software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,078.41 - ₹20,000.00 per month
