Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is communicated clearly.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and company offerings to support customers efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Any graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years in Customer Service, Escalation Handling
  • Proven team leadership and people management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capability
