Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Personal Loan Salary: Rs. 17,500 + Incentive Allowance: 1200 (petrol and mobile recharge) Experience: Experienced and Fresher Job Time: 9:30 to 7:30 Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan products. Understand customer requirements and pitch the right loan offering. Explain loan terms, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation process. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for timely disbursal. Handle objections or queries professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
