Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Blended Process) Job Description: We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a leading digital marketing project. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels (calls, emails, chat). • Provide accurate resolutions with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with the operations team for smooth workflow and process improvement. Eligibility Criteria: • Education: Graduate fresher eligible (Except BE/BTech, BA LLB, BPharma). • Experience: • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. • Experienced candidates (UG/BE/BTech with 12+ months International Voice experience) preferred. • Mandatory: UAN check + EPFO service history. • Requirement: Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
