Process: CSXX (Inbound Customer Service + Sales) Job Profile: Handle inbound calls from Canadian customers, provide assistance with service-related queries, and upsell/add new telecom products for existing Telus users. This is a customer service + sales role, requiring strong communication and persuasion skills. Eligibility & Salary: Minimum 12+ months International BPO Sales experience (voice process) required Salary: Up to ₹36,000 In-Hand + Unlimited Incentives (performance-based) Work Details: Location: Noida, Sector 135 Shifts: 24×7 rotational (majorly night shifts aligned with Canadian time zone) Transport: Both side cab (within 35 km range) OR ₹6,000 cab allowance (only for male). Female candidates must take cab (safety policy).
