Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Department: Customer Support / Operations

Process: Voice process

Shift Timing: 7:30 pm - 4:30 am (Monday- Friday)

Office transport will not be provided. A cab allowance is available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers through clear, professional, and engaging interactions to build long-term trust.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information to customers across all communication channels.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach.
  • Must have own transport arrangements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
