Customer Support Engineer

Hello,

We are hiring for the position of Customer Support Engineer who has 2-6 Years of experience for Ahmedabad location.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Respond to queries via chat, email, and ticketing systems with professionalism.
• Log, prioritize, and manage tickets per SLA and service desk protocols.
• Troubleshoot issues related to software, system performance, network, and user access.
• Escalate complex incidents and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
• Document support steps and resolutions clearly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support efficiency.
• Create and maintain knowledge base and user help articles.
• Provide support for eScan installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve issues in endpoint protection, malware detection, firewall settings, and cloud console.
• Manage escalated cases with remote support via call, email, or screen sharing.
• Conduct product demos and POC sessions for clients.
• Assist with incident response and recovery on Windows and Linux systems.
• Deliver step-by-step guidance to users and ensure resolution.

Salary Range:- 5-6 Lacs
