Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently

• Deliver accurate information about products and services

• Update customer records in internal systems

• Meet performance metrics including call quality, issue resolution, and CSAT

Candidate Requirements

• 0.6 to 4 years of experience in BPO/Voice/Customer Support (freshers can apply)

• Good communication skills in English + regional languages (Hindi/South Indian languages preferred)

• Flexible to work in rotational day shifts (no night shifts)

• Basic computer skills with decent typing speed

• Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn
