What You’ll Do

As an International Customer Support Executive, you will:

• Handle calls, chats, and emails from international customers (Voice & Non-Voice process).
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
• Maintain and update CRM records efficiently.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance targets.
• Work with a friendly, performance-driven team in a modern office environment.

Who We’re Looking For

Education: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both welcome
Skillset:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ready to relocate to Jaipur (Relocation bonus provided)

Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts for international process)

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹27,500 – ₹36,000 per month (based on performance & process)
Relocation Support: Free hotel accommodation for 14 days + relocation bonus
Paid Training: Earn from Day 1
