Job Overview

As an International Customer Support Executive, you will handle international voice and non-voice interactions — managing queries, resolving issues, and providing world-class service to global customers through chat, email, and calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound international customer queries professionally.
• Manage customer interactions via email, chat, or phone.
• Ensure accurate information delivery and maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations efficiently.
• Maintain daily service logs and meet performance KPIs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: Freshers and Experienced both welcome
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal & written English communication
• Positive attitude and problem-solving approach
• Basic computer knowledge & typing speed
• Availability: Flexible to work in rotational shifts
• Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Jaipur (Company offers relocation assistance)
