As a Customer Support Executive for Voice & Chat Process at our Noida, Sector 62 office, you will have the following responsibilities: - Handle customer queries primarily via chat (80%) and also through voice calls (20%). - Provide excellent service and effectively resolve customer issues. - Communicate professionally in both English and Hindi languages. - Accurately log customer interactions and escalate complex concerns when necessary. - Adapt to a variety of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. To qualify for this role, you need to meet the following requirements: - Education: Graduate in any discipline. - Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. - Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English & Hindi. - Assessment: Clear Versant-4 or equivalent with a minimum score of 5.
