Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional chat support to customers through various platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger).
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work on international non-voice processes for clients across different time zones.
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers from around the world.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English language proficiency required.
  • Strong understanding of international chat processes and procedures preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts as per business needs.
