Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Work on international non-voice processes for clients across different time zones. Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers from around the world. Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in BPO or call center environment. Excellent communication skills in English language proficiency required. Strong understanding of international chat processes and procedures preferred. Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts as per business needs.
