Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls and chat support for international customers.

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Update customer records and follow up on pending issues.

Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics and KPIs.

Required Skills:
