Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented.
Provide outstanding support to international customers via phone.
Handle inquiries related to product information, orders, billing, technical issues, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Tech, Sales, Operations) to resolve complex customer issues.
Document interactions clearly and accurately in our CRM system.
Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate recurring issues.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate support.
Uphold company values and brand voice in every customer interaction.
