Customer Support Associate - US Process

Job Summary:

• Contact healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to retrieve medical records.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the retrieval process.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to request and retrieve medical records.
• Verify patient information and ensure accuracy.
• Document all interactions and transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.
• Follow up on pending requests to ensure timely retrieval.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and submit regular status reports.
• Participate in quality assurance activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelores ; degree in healthcare or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in voice process, customer service, or medical record retrieval is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to different time zones.

Working Conditions:
